Probably the best beach in the Alghero surroundings. Only 20 minutes drive from the city, big parking within a minute from the beach (1 euro per hour), public toilet (sometimes have to ask for the keys in the restaurant). The water is crystal clear, and the beach is long enough for everyone to find a place to sit. One coffee stand and 3 restaurants with average prices for the hungry ones. Recommend to arrive early to enjoy the perfect nature.

Beautiful long beach that is easy to get to from Alghero by car or the beach bus. Does get crowded during the busier summer months (especially in August), but if you walk a bit further down or go early in the morning, you can still find a nice quiet spot.

One of the most beautiful beaches we visited on Sardinia during our stay in August! Of coarse you should visit La Pelosa, but my family is in love with Mugoni beach. Very long white sand beach, beautiful clear water and wonderful view. Shallow water a couple of meters, sand bottom mostly. Spacious parking, 5-8€ for half/whole day.

A nice beach, with both sand and pines (if you like both sun and shade). There weren't many people, so it's relaxing too. It's only a little remote if you stay in Alghero. The beach bus can get you there and back, but I would recommend renting a car for more flexibility.

Lovely beach, great food. I had the grilled squid and the vongole and they were both stunning. Xxx
