it is a long drive here and the bridge is still not rebuilt! if you have a Drohne I guess you can take nice pictures but otherwise the glacier too far away!

Most spectacular view of the region. Plus there is an easy hike (loop) to get there. From the guesthouse (wich can provide info on the hike) you can get the glacier in an hour if you walk fast. Perfect spot for picniking. Bring some good shoes because the trail can be wet.

Amazing. You can easily buy a map at the tourist info center in Höfn (350Isk) ! The view is amazing, the walk is torrific. A piece of heaven for me !

Hosszú, mintegy 8 km-es rázós út vezet a parkolóig. S innen még gyalogolni is kell, nem is keveset a gleccserig. Csak jó időben érdemes meglátogatni. Nekünk ez ma nem jött össze 😢.
