Lobster, I love it! Would have preferred more lobsters in the soup since they have decreased in size since we came here few years ago (the waiter confirmed this). But the taste and the service are the same.
This is way overdue: we have been here twice 2007 and 2017 and both times have been fantastic. Service was warm and friendly, food was out of this world and the drive is always fun. First time we ate here, I booked a reservation via email - it was so easy! Second time, did the same.
Very popular so we thought we’d give it a try. Portions are smaller than expected. Some lobsters didn’t seem to be fresh as they were mushier than others. The trimmings (sides) were so small for an extra 650. Not quite worth it. But the butter sauce was awesome! And their garlic onion dip for the bread was amazing too.
Yhe menu was pretty limited, but we came for one thing only: "lobster" soup. It was excellent! The soup was actually Langoustine and according to the menu, naked men hunt these critters in the cold Icelandic waters. The home made bread and dipping sauces were tasty as well. I believe a helicopter landed with tourists here, just for lunch! Way cool!
I have been there 3 to 4 times. It is good. But it was better befor. 3 and a half star. Cake was good. Very good. Staff 2 stars. The Owner or the guy that is over the place 1 and half star. But look at the photos.
