Nice to be able to see the humble beginnings of such an amazing personality like Andersen. It appears this is the likely place of birth but no conclusive proof exists per a plaque posted at the site. Really crowded when we visited and give the house is super small not much opportunity to hang around and absorb. Allow about 15-30 minutes for a visit.

Does not look like much, but to just to know and feel the place out is great. What I think is wrong is not to have an option to buy individual tickets. You buy a package for all the places, but if you do not visit with kids it is not worth it to visit at least two of them.

Not a lot there. The room with pictures and quotes is the best

Not much to see, if you compary it to The Old CIty in Århus - just a single house versus a whole little village... But I guess, it is one of those places, you just have to see in order to check it off on your list.
