Rachel:Our land runs adjacent to the canal with a style for access. (Visitors to Yew Tree Farm only)
The canal runs past Tattenhall Marina so great for a walk to the cafe bar on site or turn right for The Shady Oak pub and English Heritage's Beeston Castle
Rachel:Why not walk the Roman walls and take in all the sights of Chester including The River Dee, the racecourse and of course our very own cathedral.
Rachel:As well as the Grosvenor Shopping centre For those visiting Chester for the first time then the elevated ‘rows’ in the city centre offer a lovely shopping experience with many independent shops situated on the upper rows.
Rachel:We have a really super racecourse in Chester literally next to the city walls. Boasting restaurants and bars it’s right in the heart of the City
Rachel:There are many reasons to like this place... great waterspouts venue, lovely cafe but most of all the adventure trail. Swings, bridges, water... this is a really fabulous place for kids of all ages. We love the 'dunking' chair. Top tip- take towels and go in old clothes!
Rachel:So we are literally a stroll down the lane from the famous Ice Cream Farm. Great place for younger children as many activities for them to take part in: indoor water play, softlyplay, outdoor activities and of course how many flavours of ice cream can you get in one cone!!
Rachel:Just a five minute drive from the farm situated in the Peckforton Hills on The Sandstone Trail. Beautiful views from this pub... great stop in all seasons.

Rachel:Super little pub in the middle of the cosmopolitan little village of Tarporley. Only a ten minute drive from the farm via the unmistakable landmark of Beeston Castle. Dog friendly and really good pub food especially the roast dinner on a Sunday.
Rachel:Lovely cafe in our village... they make a great breakfast and super cakes. Tapas by night(Thurs & Friday only). Right on our doorstep in our lovely village of Tattenhall.
