Perfectly comfortable and laid back for our relaxing honeymoon with plenty to do right here. The snorkeling with turtles on the Heavenly Days and booze hunt was so much fun! All the beach equipment is in great shape and the food here is absolutely amazing. The beach that is literally steps from the rooms is beautiful. Most of the staff are super friendly and everyone is super helpful. Even the transportation and tour people that come in and out are pretty awesome. Like the rest of the reviews .. The rooms aren't 5 star but the a.c. works and the bed is comfy. We didn't do much but sleep and shower in there anyway. The all inclusive was worth every penny. This is a trip I will never forget. Great job Bolongo Bay!

A beautiful resort with great views and plenty of amenities. The all inclusive choice is the way to go the food and drinks are all good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I definitely plan on staying here again.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Bolongo Bay. Food was very good, service was good and the place was clean. We were literally 100 feet from the water, with pretty good snorkeling right there. Would have been 5 stars, but the place is a little dated and the beach is kind of small and rocky. Our experience, however was certainly 5 stars.

Our 1st time stay at Balango Bay was comfortable and felt safe we had room 135 was clean and comfortable. The TV went out several times and had to call front desk the took care of Problem. Ac was cool on high and with fan was comfortable at night. The service at the bar and restaurant was good could use some customer service friendly not all but some. They had a NCAA TOURNAMENT and one of the team was there. Over all good atmosphere at resort.

Came for a friend's wedding, and the ceremony was beautiful. The wedding planner was lovely. Aside from this the experience was absolutely not worth the price nor does it live up to what is advertised. The rooms were basic but I didn't mind that so much as the lack of hot water and AC in some of them, including the bridal suite. Wedding planner moved us for hair and makeup which was nice. Service was generally very poor. A few great bartenders but the rest of the staff seemed generally annoyed to interact with guests. It was not a welcoming environment and while I thought it was a beautiful pool area and the wedding ceremony is lovely. The service and atmosphere was disappointing.
