Nökkvi Nils:Friðheimar is a great experience. There you can have a look at how Icelandic tomatoes are grown, try their amazing tomato soup, tomato beer and even buy some tomatoes to take home.

Nökkvi Nils:For animal lovers, I highly recommend taking a horse ride on the Icelandic horse. It is a beautiful experience. The Icelandic horse is smaller than horses found in surrounding countries, which makes it softer to ride. This tour takes place at Sólhestar horse rental, which is a forty-minute drive from the house.
