Absolutely stunning place. The delicately ornate temples and pagodas are very interesting and beautiful to look at. The location is an original one. Beautifully irregular and steep stone stairs wind from the main temple through the mountain, leading to caves filled with bats and magical eerie light filtering through natural openings in the ceilings. There are Buddha statues carved straight in the mountain and many other delightful treasures to be found by exploring. Merchants at the front will try and peddle marble figurines and sculptures ‘from the mountain’. Don’t be fooled, this site is no longer mined from marble and hasn’t been from a long time. At best you get stones that are imported from China. Whether or not they are crafted locally by true Vietnamese artisans depends on the store you visit. Although there is an elevator to access, it is not possible to visit without going up or down a significant amount of stairs, so not to be recommended for people with disabilities. The heat would also makes a visit quite challenging for people with fitness issues.

Great tourist attraction. There is a guy in one of the enclosures that kept saying "Lucky Buddah" and insisting us to go in, on our way out he did ask for money about three times. Other than that beautiful views and amazing sculptures. Wear good shoes, there are a lot of stairs! Even if you choose to pay for the elevator.

Incredible place, $3 entry fee is too cheap, make sure to leave something in the donation boxes for the upkeep of this relic. Stunning marble carvings in the staircases, beautiful pagodas and incredible views from the summits. Massive shame it's littered with plastic bottles. Take only photos, leave only footprints! Appreciate this wonder and leave it in good condition for future generations

Gorgeous place and a nice hike that wasn’t too strenuous. We had fun clambering through the caves. I’d certainly recommend proper trail/walking shoes. If you suffer from vertigo, don’t go to the top peak as the steps are very steep.

Lovely views. But oh my God be prepared to walk and climbs like a thousand steps. Definitely get your exercise for the day. Bring, some water, a fan and wear comfortable shoes and loose clothing. If you go early during the day won't be as hot. But there are places to stop and sit and just enjoy the view. Would recommend going with a tour guide if you can as there are so much history to go with the mountains and really enjoyed learning about this place
