Phở Hiền only serve one single dish: rare beef pho, but their pho is one of the best in town . You order at the stall and carry your bowl to the table. The price is affordable, only 30k/bowl. The place is rather small and crowded during breakfast time so try visiting before 7am if you go in a group.
