Tijuana is a sister city of San Diego, so don’t worry if you see homeless people. This is a common thing because Tijuana is made up of foreigners and deported people, searching for the American dream. And Tijuana simulates some culture from San Diego, some places are really nice to hang out and rest after eating some great street food.
Expect to walk for short periods of time.
