Stunningly beautiful. A fairly easy path with great views and a calm energy surrounding it. Feels far away from the hustle of downtown Boulder even though it’s not far away. Definitely an area I plan to return to again!

This is a great open walk in a nice community in Boulder. Easy access with great views of the surrounding hills. Not a lot of cover, so wear your sunscreen. The lake is nice with a small beach for lounging next to the water or fishing. There are no public restrooms around the lake, so make sure to do your business before hand. The course, if you do the basic circle is just short of two miles, but there are extension that will take you through the hills. The circle is easy to medium. Having just had a kidney transplant, I had no problems. Have a great walk!

Great walk, run or bike ride! Is okay for dogs but you definitely want to keep on leash because there are coyotes very near by.

This lake is my favorite lake in Colorado. Atmosphere is wonderful. Looks like Teletubbies Land.

Wonderland Lake has so much to offer: an easy loop for a stroll, hills to climb, a playground for the kids, and sometimes you can even catch a glimpse of paragliders
