The drinks are really good here and I like the vibe. Staff is always nice and friendly. Knocked off 1 stars because the food has been a disappointment every time. Jalapeño bagel had no flavor and was barely toasted, croissant was bland, vegetable egg scramble was really watery. Other than that great spot.

The worst coffee I ever had in my entire life, don’t even think about getting coffee here, the staff don’t know anything about coffee, it took them for ever to brew most of the worst coffee ever.

I received coupons in the mail and wanted to redeem them. The facility is very neat and clean, the staff friendly. I ordered a medium strawberry smoothie and redeemed a coupon for a free breakfast sandwich. It wasn't very busy so I received my sandwich promptly. I waited.....waited, and waited for my smoothie [about 5-7 minutes] finally I showed my receipt to the cashier, he apologized, made me what I thought was a smoothie but it turned out to be more like strawberry creamy ice water, it wasn't good at all. The cashier did give me a free candy bar for the misstep and did apologize again. In the picture you can see what I had to 'drink' - not very satisfied with the experience

Cold and corporate feeling and frankly the food was just bad. It is all premade in cooled plastic self serve bins like you'd see at an airport kiosk. Then you hand it to the sad looking register attendant so they nuke it for you. I see what they're trying to do with the decor but it just didn't work for me overall.
