Great customer service. However the fries were extra salty. Did not eat them. Could have asked for fresh ones and sure they would have made more. But I chose to just eat the burger. Burgers were delicious.

The food is always cold here. Please serve hot food we don’t want food especially the fries that are lukewarm if not room temp and hard and stale. Please work on it I used to love Wendy’s but the passed 4 times i have gone the food was seriously stale and not hot at all. Please keep it fresh not stale. Thank you.

Good service, but there discount phone application been down for awhile. Mgr should care more about it's customers saving money. They were changing the prices menu. Get ready to pay more.

Small burger and chicken sandwich for the price. Meat was dry and flavorless. No lettuce (due to wild fires in California). I hadn't been to a Wendy's in about 15 years and now I remember why. These guys are going the way of the Dodo bird, and for good reason. Too much competition and a better product at other burger joints.
