Joaquin was the best server, I’ve been here twice since being in Miami and Joaquin was excellent. He made sure our order was right and everything came back fast. I highly recommend requesting Joaquin as your server when you come to Voodoo lounge. You won’t regret it !!!

Tony was tip top tier. He was very outstanding with his customer service. The moment me and my girlfriend was unsatisfied he went over the top and beyond to make sure customer satisfaction was key. When I say communication is imperative he met every expectation of our needs. Tony was amazing I mean phenomenal. The fact he put himself in our shoes and made every need known and fixed every problem and addressed every issue. What can I say voodoo customer service has met my expectation. I can’t stress than enough. Tony was sweet, understanding yet patient.! I recommend come here if u want the best service. Thanks Tony I will be back just because of you.

Great place to go to in Miami good drinks, Good music, the food is good too and they have a roof top which is also dope. There a little under staffed so the servers work a lot but just give them some time service is great. Also the server Cinthia amazing 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Very nice and moves very quick

Antimony was amazing tonight we bought 2 bottles with her she made sure we were taken care of tonight and checked on us consistently!! And was overall amazing and lovely to us tonight! We will most definitely be back and ask for antimony for our bottle service again! Bar was amazing and drinks were delicious!
