Views were breathtaking. I was lucky enough to sit near a window and was able to see the sunset. The food was decent, I personally found it to be overpriced and not very filling. The staff was friendly but they were a bit too attentive, kind of like vultures. An example of this is when they took a drink that wasn’t finished to replace it with a new one. Sometimes I like to finish my drink completely. You definitely come here for the views. Also, according to some the women’s bathroom on the 96th floor has the best view. From my experience, it was very nice, but I preferred the sunset view.

Probably the most magical dinner date I’ll ever have. The views were spectacular. Host staff were very friendly, server was nice but we waited almost 30 min for our check after we were done eating, when the restaurant was not busy. The food is not bad, but definitely not good and way overpriced. $18 for two slices of garlic breadHuh?. I’d say this place is worth it for the views alone & romantic vibe, but if you’re going with the expectation of fine dining you will be disappointed

I barely share my reviews but this “$$$$” restaurant ruined my whole trip to Chicago so here I am sharing my experience. As almost every other customer visiting this restaurant, we came here to enjoy the nice views of Chicago. We even came all the way from Boston to enjoy the views. We made that clear in the comments and we even called the restaurant on the same day to request a table with a view. However, we were told that requests can only be accommodated upon arrival. We reached there on time for our 9pm reservation. By that time, so many customers were leaving as the restaurant closes by 10pm. However, the host refused to accommodate our request to get a table with a view and she wasn’t flexible AT ALL. According to her, it is the restaurant policy not keep any waiting lists post 9pm and we have to be seated right away to our assigned table. She then said that if we came earlier she could’ve been able to accommodate our request. Well why wasn’t this communicated earlier when we called the restaurant? The manager then offered us a table by the window but it had a lake view, which we obviously can't see at night as that area is not lit. And while so many guests were leaving from the other side of the restaurant, we were not allowed to change our table even though our food was not yet served! The food itself did not make the experience any better. We ordered two medium well steaks (because half the items in the menu were sold out by that time) but they were extra well done and the sauce was really bad. The only reason I am not giving this restaurant a one star is the friendliness and the excellent service of the waitresses. Other than that, everything else was horrible.

This place is worth the trip for the view alone! The staff is incredibly nice and the vibe is super fun. The view from the woman's restroom is incredible! Seriously! We'll definitely be back! I'm definitely no photographer, but here is my humble attempt at capturing the view!
