Update: went tonight for a late dinner with my husband. His exact words 'NEVER again'. Previously the food had been delicious but not tonight. Our food was cold. My husband's drink was basically just ice. My first drink had a bug in it. Then they have the nerve to automatically charge a gratuity on the check. My family will not be going back.

My review here is mixed. We had a large group, after waiting an hour as expected, we realized that we needed to switch to a to-go order due to food preparation time. Yes, it was a Saturday, so the place was extremely packed. My group that ordered chicken loved their food! All of my group that ordered seafood, didn’t like their food and we’re disappointed. The security guy there made the experience ten times better from the conversation and assistance provided.

I was really stoked about tasting the food. Staff was very professional, nice, and patience. I ordered 4 dinners, drinks and extra sides. Snappers had a nice crisp to it , lack of seasoning on outside , with a little salt and pepper it was better. Fried shrimp under seasoned, fried turkey wings fried to perfection and good. Chicken wings was small due to chicken shortage said by staff. Sides was just okay, nothing to run home to grandma about.

Horrible customer service. We had to flag down waiter after waiting 30 minutes to order. No drinks were offered or a menu. They charge $40 cash under the table parking fees with no valet. Food was average and took 3.5 hrs. Imitation crab in seafood rice . 1.5 hrs to be seated. 2 hrs for food after complaints. There was no time to eat. My niece ordered chicken and waffles and only received waffles initially. Additional complaints she received dry chicken. I do not recommend. Do better. The poor customer service, wait time and basic food quality is truly disappointing. We definitely deseved better after spending so much on food and drinks. Any person visiting a restaurant deserve better than this experience.
