The two stars are for for the concept. It’s cool to sit “inside” a huge chandelier. The service is awful. Worst service we’ve had anywhere at the Cosmopolitan. It was Thursday night at 6:30pm. They weren’t even on a wait. Took 20 minutes for our server to greet us. Took 20 more minutes for our drinks to arrive, except they were out of the drink I ordered and the server didn’t bother to tell me so I could pick something else. I told her I needed a minute to decide. She didn’t suggest anything and disappeared for another 15 minutes. My friend ordered a double vodka soda and they made it a double short for some reason....? At that point we were just ready to leave. We asked for the check. Took another 15 minutes and guess what was still on the bill?! The drink they were out of. No apology at all from our server, Lorelei and it took another 10 minutes to get the amended bill. My sister visits Vegas often and has been to this bar several times. She’s had good service a couple times, poor service a couple times, and then this time was absolutely awful. We love Cosmo but we will never spend another dollar at Chandelier. In the running for worst cocktail waitresses on the strip. This is completely unacceptable at a 5 star hotel.
Great vibe, good service, but the drinks aren't great and they are very expensive. You'd at least like them to taste good. That being said, it's a cool experience to sit and socialize inside a chandelier. Furniture is cute, but not really comfortable. There are three levels and you need a reservation for the middle level.
I was having a great experience at the bar, all the bartenders were amazing until one staff member had to ruin the great experience. I noticed as one of the staff walked in. The name of the person I want to point out is ENRIQUE, he was not the friendliest staff member and had a chip on his shoulder. I asked him a question as he walked by, he didn't notice me. He then walk past me the second time ignoring me as I said hello politely for help. He still ignored me, no customer should be treated this way even if ENRIQUE has been on staff for 11 years, a very poor excuse to treat customers like you own the bar. I recommend JACKY the bar manager has a coaching session with him before his next shift.
Visited during COVID. The pictures kind of misrepresent the place. Its in a casino and the chandelier part is the restaurant that is 4 floors. The wait for the first floor was 1 hour, and did not know the reservation for the next 3 floors were separate from the first until we got to the front of the line. We never ended up sitting and eating. But got some cool pictures from the top floor. I get the vibe, but I wish the lighting was a bit better for pictures.
Went for my birthday last Saturday. Line wasn’t super long, and was able to be fit into the ‘reservation’ zone - was impressed with that! However, for a Saturday night at midnight, why is there one cocktail server? Service was super slow and took 20+ mins to get a drink.
