Very cozy place to go at evening time! Beautiful lights compliment the atmosphere👏🏼 light music on the top of the canal breeze makes the place special. Stuff is very easy going and always taking care of the area, especially if people trying to smoke because this is smoke free area🚭 family friendly, I would recommend to bring your kids with you if you have, they have a huge grass field where they can play. This place also good for drinks and food, couple restaurants and a bar on the middle fill the place with the cozy atmosphere!! Highly recommend this place if you are outgoing person! Romantic for couples 😜

I’ll update my review. The bones here are great. SW will be a wonderful place in the fall/winter and there are plenty of places to eat and have a variety of food. It’s just tooooooo hot there in the summer. It’s just not done. They’ve probably got another 9-12 months to ramp the whole area up. It’ll be another awesome contribution to the Tampa Bay Area for sure.

The new renovations make this place so much nicer than the old channel side. They’re still doing construction but have a ton of places to eat and live music. Took my new girlfriend there on a first date and it was really lovely!

Nice spot, cant wait until the construction finishes. It is a dog friendly, non smoking, landing with multiple food truck style eats and craft beer. It makes for a very chill and relaxing area.

We had fun there. Really liked the environment and my kids went bananas over the grass area. Nice food options as well. The place is still under construction and can’t wait to see it ready. The only problem is that the bathrooms have no AC.. it was super hooot in there.
