Spectacular. From the moment we stepped through the front door our experience couldn't have been more spectacular. The whole staff were great. The food was spectacular. The wine list spot on. Wouldn't change a thing. One of the most spectacular dining experiences enhanced all the more by an amazing team.

One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Salon seating didn’t disappoint. Very intimate (in a good way) and stellar environment, food, and service.

Dining in Saison made me feel like dating a professor. Who is warm and sexy but particular about footnotes and puncuations too. May be tilted towards technicalities than invoking passion or joy. The meal overall was decent. The staff is amazing. The ambience is nice and industrial minimal. Wine was okay. Coming to the food itself, the portions are small rather very small except the last dish. All the dishes had amazing ingredients and a lot of technic but did not have the wow factor for most of them. The menu has a lot of fishes and vegetables which is nice although in many cases vegetables miss the elevation. The desert is okay too. Overall for a 2 Michelin star place, they need to work harder to get back to 3 or maintain current 2.

Woohoo! As good as it gets! Seafood really is their specialty, and everything seemed to be really fresh. For first-timers you can get Island Mussels on the house, and for birthdays, a creme Saison. Unfortunetaly I haven't had time to write this review and am just coming back to write it about a year later, so I don't remember much. But as I said before, it was definitely fresh. Very fresh. It's got that taste, that fresh taste that you can't really describe but it's there.Saison

I"m no Michelin chef expert, but I really enjoyed our dinner here. We reserved kitchen tables, so had the pleasure of watching the chefs assemble each our dishes. The place is sparkling clean, and has a cozy, rustic, industrial vibe with elements that bring the outdoors. The food was unique (definitely recommend adding the caviar - this was one of our favorites!), and for the most part, really tastey (lamb/lobster tartare, cod, shrimp, and rolls). There were a few courses that we didn't love (I could have done without the uni, strawberry/radish salad, and venison ), but that's bound to happen with 13-14 course dinner. Their cocktails and wine is top notch, and the service was good too. Dinner was a bit too long for my liking - it took 3 hours because of meal spacing - so it lead to us being a bit tired and too full by the last 2-3 courses. Also, while the service/staff was attentive, and nice, everyone (other than Bethany - she was awesome and actually had a conversation with us) came off a bit stiff/not overly friendly. It felt like they were there to get a job done, but had no interest in talking to us other than if we needed something.
