The folks here are amazing! The owner of the shop kindly replaced the battery for a game I bought that happened to have been shot a few days after I bought it for no charge! Kudos to the technicians here for doing such a great job on the games I had battery changes for so far! They also have revived my copy of Chrono Trigger for a few bucks, and I will definitely do business here again!! Thank you for everything! UPDATE: I accidentally double-posted a review on another account, just found out I can't delete it, but this is my review "They took in one of my PS1 consoles for repair, and because they could not perform the repair, I was not charged anything, not even a diagnostic fee! They will go out of their way to help you, extremely patient and highly recommend them if you need to have a console looked at! Thank you!" Kudos to them once again for taking in the PS1 and being extremely patient with me, definitely coming back!

On the days of being closed-- you can rent out the arcade for yourself or gatherings. I absolutely love this place. So many games in a clean atmosphere

I was very thankful I found this place, and thankful in general that places like this still exist! About a year ago, the disc drive on my PS3 (one of the first “slim” models) stopped reading discs. I sent it in to Sony, but just getting them to acknowledge that their site wasn’t working correctly, and that my console was eligible for servicing, was a pain. They charged, if I recall correctly, around $150, and removed all my saved data and downloads in the process. The whole process probably took around two weeks or more. This year, I came to believe that my disc-drive was scratching my discs. I tried to clean the disc-drive lens myself, but I just messed it up more. I dropped my console off at Retro Madness on December 18, and it was ready for pickup on December 22. The repair cost a fraction of the price Sony charged me, and none of my data had to be deleted. I’ve had no problems since I’ve brought it back home. Thanks so much to the kind guys that run the store and fix the consoles! Y’all had my PS3 back in time to keep watching our Christmas movies ☺️

They have a large verity of not just games and consoles but bobble heads. Star wars novelty, pokemon and much more. The best part is they will bargain with their prices. For instance I wanted this star wars chest and it was priced at $25 I asked if they would take $20 and he said yes. My motto is, it never hurts to ask! In fact it pays to ask!

This place had a smaller selection of the figurines that I buy compared to other huge shops. However, they have far better prices than any other store I've ever been in for the same quality of products. I've bought about 5 figures from this store just because of how good the prices are and they are all perfect. Great place to shop for games, consoles, anime figures, star wars, marvel, ect. Helpful, kind staff and not hard to navigate the store. Definitely going back.
