Excellent vibe here. But most Importantly this place is tied first for best iced black tea in Tucson. Pastries are great, but early morning and lunch times are best to get the full range since the daily kitchen output varies in recipes and availability is first come first served. The Cubano is incredible. It looks like it’s be very rich and strong based on the ingredients, but it is perfect alchem

I didn’t know what to expect from a shop called Raging Sage. It’s an interesting place where the common interior thankfully opens to a serene orange tree patio, delightful. My coffee was to have a chili cinnamon nutmeg kick, but I found it to be just a good coffee without that expected wow factor. I’d go back to give a second chance and ask for more kick, just for a good iced coffee on the patio on a hot Tucson day.

Lovely place. Their coffee is pretty good. I think a lot has to do with who makes it. They usually have a really nice variety of scones(I've enjoyed all the ones I've tried) and a lot of the friend love their brownie(it's super rich). It's a place worth checking out, especially if you live near by. I enjoy sitting in the patio with friends or just reading a book. I think it'll all come down to personal preference when it comes to the coffee. I'd give it a 5 if my coffee was always on point.

Ordered an Oatmilk Latte. Lovely foam art, but a sour espresso and overall watery. I’m leaving it 80% undrunk. Two stars because the scone is quite tasty and they have a nice outdoor space.

I was there when they opened this morning. It was my first time but I will not be going back. Just a suggestion to the owner but you may want to send in some friends of yours, people that you trust, to critique your staff. Sort of a secret shopper. I also purchased a pound of beans, Columbian Supremo roasted to Full City with a roast date of two days prior. Full City is about the furthest that I push my roasts but it was the lightest roast available at the shop. No City or City+ roasts. The rest were Vienna and French roasts which is way too dark for a pour over, press or drip. Some beans can handle darker roasts but I personally wouldn't use it for anything but espresso. The main reason people over roast is to mask the flavor (or lack of) of inferior coffee. Just look at Starbucks signature Pike Place roast. Swill. I tried the Columbian in a press & I would say it's slightly better than the aforementioned Pike Peak. The good news is that their espresso based drinks are very good. Better news yet is that the replacement motor for my roaster will arrive today.
