Beautiful, ready hike out to the lighthouse and further trails along nearby bluffs. Great educational displays at the lighthouse and a nice aquarium tank. Well worth a visit!

This area is stunning! I'm glad I saw it on tiktok and decided to visit. The views of the water/cliffs are so gorgeous. The lighthouse itself is amazing to look at. My favorite part were the harbor seals that we saw playing in the cove. It was an amazing experience!!!

Had a great time here. Lighthouse is 10 mins walk from the parking lot. Great views from the lighthouse. Loved every bit of it. Highly recommend this spot.

Quaint little light house with large grounds and cabins for rent. The light house is pretty small, and as it is a working lighthouse you cannot go up to the light. There is a tiny museum and gift shop in the building. The lighthouse was built on a headland plain and below the some of the bluffs are tide pools and rocky outcrops that the seals and sea lions use as rests. I saw a group that appeared to be compromised of two species of seal. The cabins are very cute and picturesque. One is a museum and the former home to the assistant lighthouse keeper. The museum shows what life was like for the keepers and their families back in the day. I didn't go in the rentals but they were a nice size and could likely be comfortable for larger groups.

A beautiful spot near Mendocino. A short walk from the parking area to the light station is worth the view. The gift shop opens at 11 am and closes at 4 on weekdays. You can rent the lightkeepers House, assistant lightkeepers House or a cottage.
