Such an incredible resource for the city of Phoenix, run by knowledgeable and courteous people and definitely worth a membership. The machines, tools and opportunities here can be life changing or just a bit of fun- you have to check this place out! Can’t wait for expanded hours and the addition of a kiln.

This is a very cool place that I did not learn about until recently. If you are a student in any state community college or university you get free membership to use their incredible equipment and guidance. For non-members I believe it is $75 a month which is still a great deal to try something new that you hand make and can be so proud of. I am not very crafty and this place is very accommodating and will help you all the way. They will give you a tour if you just call to see if you are even interested in joining and they are open afternoon to evenings with free parking in the back. It is really very cool and they can provide materials as well as the tools! 3D printers, gardening, experimental area, huge printers, woodshop, metal shop, will soon be opening to stained glass and much more! Totally worth going in person to check out - just call them ahead and enjoy!

Very cool place to work on an artsy project. Stall are very helpful. Big applause to Maricopa Community College for having such a cool place for their students to go and learn to use their hands.

The Woodshop and Metalshop aren't open just yet but the laser engravers/cutters and 3D printers are. They are conducting tours and orientation classes Tuesdays thru Fridays. The people are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They take safety seriously, but treat people like adults. There is free parking available behind the building and metered parking out front.
