I love this place! The host with the long brown hair and glasses is always super sweet. Jason and Jimmy were so accommodating for my birthday dinner and they found vegan friendly food for me that was stellar. Definitely worth it and I will be returning!
Monday's usually half off. First time here. It was fun, food was good you cook it yourself. I would recommend to anyone looking for something different. Its like BBQing on your own little table.
I’ve been here a handful of times. This is far and away my favorite restaurant. Our server JOE this most recent time provides an unparalleled service. Quite possibly the best waiter I’ve had anywhere. Everything from appetizers to mains to desserts is A+ every time. I’d give Niwa 11 stars.
Absolutely Sensational!! We went with a small group of friends and Wow..just wow!! I loved it from start to finish!! The food just kept on coming and the staff and service was amazing!! I never had to ask for anything, it was already taken care of!! Everything tasted so delicious!! We will definitely be back again and again!! Thank you Niwa for a wonderful evening!!🔥🔥❤
Dining here was a great experience. The food was delicious, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and engaging. For only my second meal in Dallas, glad we decided to stop in for the variety and quality of this Japanese barbecue spot. We dropped about ~$150 for a selection of premiums cuts (A5 wagyu, rib eye cap), unique options (beef belly, pork jowl), traditional fare (steamed rice, salad), and a pitcher of Sapporo premium. While not the cheapest Japanese barbecue restaurant I've eaten at, it's also by no means the most expensive. If I'm ever back in Dallas, definitely planning to stop in again.
