One of my favorite bars in town. The atmosphere is a good balance between laid back and energetic and the staff is awesome. Shilo makes a great old fashion! Highly recommend ordering this drink from him and he does it with skull and grenade shaped ice. Great experience overall!

I can not say enough good about Native Son, the food was amazing, the drinks were fantastic, and the staff was excellent!!! Shiloh, Chris and the rest of the crew took very good care of my partner and I when we found ourselves at Native Son. They were very attentive and very personable. They chatted and joked with us, they really made the night!!!

We didn't eat, just had a few beers. A perfect atmosphere to throw back a few. Joe was awesome and gave us tourists from Pittsburgh some great pointers of what to do/see during our stay in Glenwood. I would definitely recommend stopping here to have a drink and eat (I saw the food they brought our barmate, and it looked phenomenal).

This place is a fantastic place to get a nice drink and chat with the locals. We're from out of town and were looking for a place to spend the evening. This did not disappoint. The staff is wonderful--they're chatty and amenable, and they mix a mean drink. They even have a delicious looking menu built from thoughtfully sourced ingredients. (I had a long, invested conversation with one of the bartenders about this, and I was SOLD--if only I hadn't been so full from dinner prior. Here's lookin' at you, Joseph.) And they serve till midnight! I highly recommend trying out their Old Fashioned. I usually don't enjoy the drink because the bitters are, well, bitter. But this Old Fashioned changes the game! It's smooth and delicious. Try it. It will not disappoint.
