MODS is a great place to visit with friends. We had a blast taking pictures. Each room was unique and different. I am absolutely in love with the room with the lightning bulbs. Loved that the walls were reflective in that room. It felt like infinity room but with light bulbs.

Very unique experience. Great place for photos and selfies. Friendly staff. My only qualm is that the rooms are kind of small and there were people sitting and therefore mad it hard to keep a distance. Someone should definitely be regulating that. I will come back on a weekday when there are less people.

Going to this place might be worth it if you both live nearby and want to take aesthetic pictures. It's not much as museum as it is a light display and you can easily finish the whole exhibit within 20 mins. Also note that you may end up waiting for about 45 mins even if you have purchased tickets for a specific time and checked in. The museum is located inside of a mall and is made up of 7 rooms all roughly the size of a medium-sized living room. Some of the rooms have very pretty light displays, while some just have a projector. Personally, I live about an hour away. I might have thought the museum was worth the drive if it weren't for the price of the tickets and how short the exhibits were. For two people, I paid about $46 with discounts. If they were at regular price, it would've been around $98. Even with my 2 discounts (half off and military) I find the price for about 20 mins (of experience) and the drive to outweigh the value. But however short the rooms were, some of them were very aesthetically pleasing and some were just a projector. This museum may suit you more if you want to take aesthetically pleasing photos for social media, recordings, or your portfolio.
