Favorite place to workout and meet people that share the same passion for calisthenics and fitness. Lots of bars and weights for all training.

Interesting workout area / outdoor gym. They have tire flip, monkey bars , a barbell and some number plates , push up and pull up bars. This is just outside the beach area. There is also a shower if you want to enter the water. This is one of the more interesting parts of south beach and definitely touristy

An awesome spot to workout, day or night. All the equipment one could hope for. Exercising in the sand with no shoes on is how it should be done! There is a great culture of fit individuals showing off incredible feats of strength, but be warned of large crowds of spectators on the weekends.
