Great experience. Made a reservation for weekend brunch and was promptly taken to a table. It was a standard table as there is usually a wait for outdoor dining. Our server was fantastic. Had a picky eater in my group and she, and the kitchen, did a fantastic job accommodating special requests. I had the corned beef hash and at Germaine spritz. The spritz was probably the best cocktail I’ve had and I imagine it pairs well with any meal. Would love to come back for dinner and dessert!

We had reservations made two weeks in advance. When we arrived they were ready for us and we were seated immediately. Our server was friendly and constantly checked on us. If food was timed correctly. The appetizers include the French onion soup were great. Dinner however, was not so perfect. The roasted chicken came out lukewarm and appear to have been sitting under the warming lamps. The steak was very tender, flavorful, however in my opinion a bit overpriced. They redeem themselves at the desert... The profiterole was yummy and the Bananas Foster crepe was to die for. All in all, a very enjoyable experience. But since the entrees were not perfect, a star got knocked off. We are lucky to live in Vegas and we will definitely dying there again and we'll update our review when we do.

My favorite restaurant in Vegas! It's literally across from the Bellagio so you can watch the fountains while you eat. With a location like that I felt like this restaurant could go one of two ways - either it would be amazing or the food would be terrible and it would be all about the view. Happily, the food was incredible. Their baguette is unlike most others in the best possible way. The French onion soup is absolutely perfect. At our table we tried a steak, the roasted chicken, and the trout. The chicken was super tender and I don't know what they did to the mashed potatoes but they were super yummy. The steak comes with fries and while that seems a little strange for such a fancy place the fries are really unusual and absolutely worth getting. Lives them. The trout was a nice light dish and the veggies that came with it were cooked well. While it's not an inexpensive restaurant, it's also not as expensive as many nearby. Solid 10/10, this is absolutely where I will go every time I visit Vegas.

Brilliant. Food was spectacular so were the drinks. Waitress was awesome, her name was Lauren. Loved loved loved this restaurant. Reasonably priced and would highly recommend. Need to book though. We totally enjoyed being here. Nicest restaurant and food we’ve had in Vegas... big thumbs up 👍

My family ate breakfast and dinner here while traveling through Vegas. We had excellent experiences both times. Service was quick and friendly. Breakfast was great. Amazing thick cut bacon. Dinner was more of the same, the roasted chicken was cooked perfectly and our goat cheese appetizer was delicious. Definitely recommend for anyone in Vegas near the Paris hotel.
