So disappointed. Started so well, the restaurant was dark and intimate, and I was with my beautiful bride for a romantic dinner. The plates were good, but not exceptional, but of could overlook that because of the dark, intimate ambiance. Then things went off the rails. It's 8pm, the restaurant is full of patrons enjoying their meals... And then they turned on the giant TV behind the mirror. Suddenly I'm no longer in an intimate tapas restaurant... I'm in a sports bar. Seriously? The manager suggested WE move. How about when someone asks to turn on the TV you say "no" because it's not a sports bar! Added to that the waiter forgot one of our plates, and the service was leisurely at-best. Not worth the price of admission.

Excellent food and service inside. However, the front hostess Tori was really rude. It’s a hospitality job; if you can’t even pretend to be nice, find another field to work in.

Very disappointing, perhaps bad management??My girlfriend and I had a reservation for 8pm. La cave gives a 10 min “grace period” we arrived 8:10-8:11 (by the time the hostess checked us in) the girl hostess was rude and said because we are 11 min late our table is gone. Tried to discuss with manager he was abrupt, rude and seemed stressed. We would have been happy to wait at the bar with a cocktail given the choice-but he made no attempt for additional choices. We’ve been to this restaurant several times and always have had a good experience. Too bad, we were looking forward to a beautiful night out. You can do better la cave.

LOVED the dark and cozy atmosphere. Great vibe with lots of unique seating options. Sat at a high top in the bar area. We had such stellar service, water glasses always full, food was served lightning fast, and multiple staff making sure we had what we needed. Bacon wrapped dates, and the steak options were delicious. Wine flights were wonderful
