Beasley Park is a great public beach. There is plenty of parking (except for at the peak of the season) and on-site facilities. Gazebos on both sides offer shade and tables for picnics. The restrooms leave a lot to be desired, but that's not the reason to be there anyway. The view is spectacular, it is patrolled, and the sandbars are usually close enough to swim to. Be prepared to encounter at least one wedding while you are there. It is also wheelchair accessible and offers a service for beach accommodations.
This was the most beautiful beach I've ever seen in real life. The sand was so white and soft it's made my heart melt and my calves sore. I did not want to leave. I was truly satisfied. Oh yeah, lifeguards were cruising up and down, there were restrooms and showers and a cute little seating area on the walk down to the beach. Hoping to make it back tomorrow for a little bit before I have to head back home. I would definitely recommend this place.
Great place to get a quiet sunburn.😎🐶🤣😅🙄
It was nice. But the mens bathroom was horrible.
Seemed to always be parking, even on a holiday. Although it was crowded, it didn't feel unbearable. The beach is pretty clean, there's active lifeguards, and a sense that safety is a priority. There's restrooms, though no soap... Wheelchair accessible. Nice white sand, cool emerald water. Had a good time here
