If you are looking for an quiet, intimate setting to celebrate a special occasion do not come to this noisy place. The food and service were excellent but the portions are very small even by tapas standards. We opted for the restaurant week special of $50 per person which was a good deal until it came to the desert. They told us they were out of flan even though we saw people being served flan as we were leaving. Instead they substituted one very small shared dessert in place of 2 flan servings.
We had Josue as our server. He was amazing. He explained and informed us on everything we asked about. We hope we get him again.
Loved everything we ate! Definitely will come back next time we are in town
We ordered the rapid tasting menu for $35/person. The only plate I enjoyed was the crispy bread with tomato and manchego. The gazpacho was very vinegary. The green salad had fresh ingredients but was also vinegary and reminded me too much of the gazpacho. The Paella looked and tasted like it was 2 days old. The service was good and everything was clean.
If you have truly enjoyed tapas from Spain or authentic Spanish food this place will certainly disappoint. The tortilla española was bland with no salt and so runny that it was more like scrambled eggs, also no bread comes with it so beware. The jamón serrano was cut so thick and barely 4 colines for a large plate. I am not sure if the Las Vegas location is always this terrible but for such a well known chef from Spain it’s embarrassing
