We love the Imperial. True old time hotel. Friendly with a great breakfast included. The rooms are small but nice. All the rooms are up some stairs. They are not much different than they might have been in 1860 in lots of ways. Rooms 1 and 2 have the front balcony. Nice showers A/C. No TV. Dinners are reasonably priced with excellent food. You can eat out back in the patio or out front. The bar is never noisy downstairs but it's great to be able to get a drink almost anytime or a tray of coffee for your room. Quiet as heck at night. They have a couple of Great cottages too across the street.
Came here for dinner and sat outside (Covid). Good variety with the menu. Flavors were on point. Service was friendly and attentive. We'd definitely come back! Had the gumbo, fettuccini Bolognese, caprese salad and pesto studded mushrooms (yum). Dessert was solid too.
Would surely recommend eating here. Excellent character, fresh food, excellent customer service. I recommend this place.
Had dinner here, atmosphere is excellent old country vib, food was excellent also!
This place provides great service and delicious menu. The best place in the area. The drinks and food served fast and the rates were economical. I recommend this place.
