Classy, well kept, and most of the staff are awesome. The gm provided amazing service and was very understanding. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because 1--the one time we specifically asked for house keeping, they threw all of my stuff off the bedside table and left it on the floor 2--I understand they were busy, but I very, very seldom got anyone from the front desk on the phone, even when it should have been slow. It was a huge pain to go all the way from the far room on the top floor just to ask about something simple. It made it such that I waited until I had a bunch of stuff I needed before I would go to the front desk and ask questions or for towels or something. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place for shorter visits.

Shower door won’t stay shut; on night two no new towels, room wasn’t cleaned. Trash wasn’t picked up. Comforter cover had a wee bit of blood on it. Soap and shampoo always fall through the poorly designed soap rack. On the upside the A/C heater wasn’t noisy like the Holiday Inn Express unit was. The design of the building was cool. I did like the massage setting of the shower head. The sofa was more comfortable and new than the similar room at Holiday Inn Express. I feel that if we ask then they will clean our room and take trash.

Staff is very nice, hotel is nice. We had a room 3rd floor on the very end and we did not sleep at all due to how loud it was from the people walking above us or when they flush a toilet its loud. Not to mention multiple cars outside sounded like a drag race throughout the night. If your a heavy sleeper your fine but if your a light sleeper find a different hotel please.

Great experience stayed 3 days to visit my sister. . The night guy was super friendly. . Loved that the office was playing by the bar!

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant. The location was great and the staff was amazing, especially Tamyra. She was extremely nice, helpful and made our stay better. Would definitely recommend this hotel to peers and we would definitely come back.
