When you walk through the doors and see this huge tree, decorated, surrounded by the majesty of this room...you can not help but smile a take on the Christmas Spirit! As you walk around the Christmas Tree, you see the Carolers, Santa's Sleigh and the a display of Nutcracker Soldiers! Due the virus, there are no tours. The lady at the front desk stated that if you are a guest of the restaurant or Tea Room, you can see the decorations throughout the restaurant. With all that is going on...you walk through those doors to go have some hot chocolate tea or lunch...YOU WILL FEEL CHRISTMAS! YOU WILL SMILE AND YOU WILL ADD THIS TO YOUR WONDERFUL MEMORIES OF FAMILY!

They all go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Please give your staff a big credit. It was great. The service is top-notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beaten. Hotel food is enticing. The overall services are great!

We have had an amazing time at this hotel. We opted for a day pass overstaying here, and out of the resorts, this one looks the best. Totally worth it. Such great value, amazing service, awesome spot, and great amenities. Sofia and Julia at the hotel were exceptional! Thanks so much for having us. An amazing day spent in paradise.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! You really made me very happy and satisfied! The staff was so friendly and helpful we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. I also observed that the place was very cleaned and organized. I will surely recommend your awesome and wonderful Hotel here in our area. Cheers!

Convenient location from the airport and I am so amazed at the service here. The breakfast buffet is amazing and provides so many western dishes. Kevin provides us with spectacular service and very attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the quiet stay in our hotel room with clean sheets and towels. WiFi is also very fast. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
