I’ve been frequently ordering from here for over a year and just had THE WORST experience! I will not be going back. Pick up order was ready 30 minutes AFTER the pickup time, got home and some of my order was missing and the sub couldn’t have been more bland - the steak & cheese had one piece and wasn’t even melted. After calling, the owner was hung up on the melting of the ONE piece of cheese instead the other larger issues at hand and ended the call by telling me that patience is a virtue. Thank you for reminding me of this delightful wall saying - I will not be returning.

2nd time going here. I don't live in the area, but hubby and I have gotten dinner and lunch with family that live up near there. The pizza is delicious! My husband got chicken tenders they were HUGE and very yummy. The people who work there are very nice and accommodating. Both times we went we were with a big group.

Got terrible service today at Hillers. I'm a local customer and a regular at Hillers usually. Trying to support them as a local business. But I was treated horribly by the owner herself today. Ordered a large pizza. When picking it up I was given a sub instead. Told I ordered a pizza. The owner never apologized for taking the order incorrectly. Instead she was blaming me repeatedly for not being clear on the phone. But I was... I even told her that it's not a sub, it's a pizza. Then she explained to me how to order pizza like I'm a 5 year old. When I told that's no way to treat a customer she refused to serve me. Stunned... in a bad way

Inconsistent food, poor customer service skills. Feels like they think they’re doing you a favor not like they appreciate your business.
