It's more of a small community boardwalk around a water management pond. While there, people were feeding the birds and turtles. It was very interesting. There are no large grassy areas or the like here. However, the east side of the pond (lake?) is another park that we did not visit. 3 stars because it's not really a destination. Park is 2 blocks behind McDonalds on Missouri.

I walk this park every day with my dog, its a mile around. They keep this park pretty clean, except for the occasional homeless people sleeping here. I have never had a problem with them. A few leave trash around there sometimes, but it is usually picked up fairly quick. It is a very nice place to feed the turtles. They have three docks that go out over the water, and hundreds of turtles swim up to the dock looking for food, sometimes the resident gator will be swimming with the turtles under the dock. Overall it is so nice to have this park across the street from my house.

Quiet, except for the wildlife, which was awesome. The restrooms were open if you could straddle the fence. No problems with the homeless people either, they were friendly, respectful and not a problem.
