Had a great experience throwing an engagement party here for my fiance and I! Chris the manager introduced himself to us as soon as we got there and showed us the back room that he reserved for us. Cool decor and games and a big comfy couch. We had an amazing server Kayla who was awesome and took care of all of us. She had great energy, was prompt and attentive to keep serving us drinks and keep the water jugs full. Everyone had an amazing time. Nothing but good things to say! Thanks Gen X team!

Strong drinks & good food are the name of the day here! Menu items vary from $9- $13 in price & drinks go for around $8- $10 per glass. This is typical of the downtown area. On top of that there is a cool 80's- early 90's vibe. Now I can say this accurately, they also have free Nintendo!

We were on the Pirate Taxi having an incredible day when we found out Sparkman Wharf is closed on Monday. Our wonderful boat captain and host stated the love Gen X and suggested we try it, so doing our due diligence we went to your website and it State you are open until 10:00 pm. Super disappointing to find that is not true. Left a huge bad taste in our mouth. Suggest you fix it so no one else is left feeling the way we do.

Awesome vibe! The whole place is very well detailed and the nostalgia is as real as everyone says. The food was okay, but the wait was insane. Granted it's because they are popular and pulling in the customers, but it was half an hour wait on a table and half an hour wait to get food ordered, then another half hour to get it. Other than the wait, this place is incredible and I would heavily recommend going regardless of a wait.

The atmosphere was so cool but the food left a lot to be desired. It was clean bathrooms clean also. My friend and I ordered the burger with mozzarella sticks on it. They brought it out having replaced mozzarella sticks with cheese curds. I know the difference. Do they know the difference? The burger was void of seasoning. Sweet potato tots I tried but think it would pair better with actual tator tots. Yes you read that right comparing the tots. My friend ordered some overly sweet drink. It was fun to check out for a night; reminisce about our youth but I would not go back.
