2800 Opryland Dr, Nashville, TN 37214, USA
Edit as of 3/16: A customer care representative reached out to me to make it right so I have updated my review. I think it was excellent customer service to reach out to me so quickly in order to take care of an unsatisfied guest. I will be staying again and giving them a chance to give me a better experience! I will say that I was a little disgruntled when I made my review but to take a step back and focus on the positive things: they have so many fun activities and shows going on that the whole family can enjoy, the scenery, plants and lights are absolutely beautiful, the Delta boat ride is fun and cute during Easter as you can find eggs throughout, the front desk staff and all the rest of the staff are friendly, and the hot tub was fantastic as well. I look forward to staying again and I have faith that my next experience will be better! Thank you, Tim!
My family and I have been visiting The Opryland Hotel since the 90’s. It’s a beautiful and relaxing place to stay or visit for the day. In January of 2021 we were there for a three day weekend. Masks were required except for when sitting at a table eating or drinking. Over half of the restaurants and walk up cafes were closed and a couple that were open served basically the same menu. Jack Daniels was delicious and the breakfast “buffet” at The Cascades was delicious and so fresh. The waiters and waitresses were very friendly also. We enjoyed the live music at The Falls and at Jack Daniels. I believe that all of the shops and stores were open and all of the cashiers and associates were very friendly and welcoming. We love The Opryland Hotel. The only downside that we experienced was that the Marriott gift cards that were given to us as gifts were not accepted at several restaurants. All in all we had a great experience and will be back.
Absolutely loved this place. The experience was amazing. If you go you have to visit the Jack Daniel's restaurant. The whole vibe is just fantastic as is the food. The resort is massive and really fun to just explore. My only request would be a place for adults to go after 11. Every bar/restaurant in the resort closed at 11pm. My wife and I were a bit disappointed in that.
My wife and I brought our almost one year old daughter to go see the conservatories which I had not seen in years. Absolutely beautiful place, well manicured greens and a wonderful opportunity to get steps in a lovely climate controlled place. The three conservatories all have a unique theme and one of them has a giant waterfall, which is a great photo op.
Reservation desk was extremely difficult and almost kept us from going here. Booked through a secondary reservation company and even received a discount to pay up front! Highly recommend the electronic over the real person in this case, which is backwards from what I normally experience. With such a beautiful spot to stay and visit, it would be advantageous for the resort to have some better representatives in positions where folks first make contact.
