What a cool experience! The gondola takes you over the mountains and Gatlinburg all the way to the top. Everything goes very quick and is pretty organized. The suspension bridge was a bit smaller than I imagined but a really cool experience. The views from up top are spectacular!!!! Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Tourist trap. For 100 bucks you can see sweeping vistas of....the city. Not sure what other reviewers mention about this great view. The views of the mountains are much better (and free), at the pull offs along the way. The bridge is neat, but the glass floor isn't that high off the ground, and a photo doesn't amount to much more than green tree tops that look like a pot of hens and chick's plants. The area across the bridge is small, and if you're camera can't zoom very far, you'll get pictures of Gatlinburg. Luckily, I have my SLR with me, but even still, nothing to write home about. The other lookouts (sky deck? Sky chairs?), again were small. Not many seating areas. Hardly worth all the great reviews.

Super awesome! It is definitely a must seen! It is right in Gstlinburg which alone is super cute and amazing. I loved the gift shop at the top of the lift, they sell all sorts of things including alcohol, food, snacks, souvenirs. The landscape is beautiful! The bridge it self was super cool to walk on especially the glass part. I would like to visit again in a few years and see how they continued to building on the land! So awesome, the views are breath taking!

Definitely something you should experience. Pricey but to be expected. Wristband is also good from purchase time to closing. Staff friendly and helpful with kids getting on and off. Scenes were beautiful. Bridge was awesome. Went on a Wednesday morning, wasn't too busy.

We went pretty late in the evening and it was amazing! It was pricey and wished if you got on late at night when you have to rush around once you get to the bridge, they would give you a free pass for the next day or heavily discounted so you can see it in the day time. It was still a very pleasant experience at night and overlooking all of Gatlinburg at night was amazing and romantic.
