Awesome concept, awesome products, but every time I’ve gone into the store the employees that work there are nothing but rude, uninviting, and unhelpful. I’ve gone in a total of exactly 5 times to get gifts for people or stuff for myself and each time has been an awful experience. Either they can’t take anything but cash because their systems are down, or the employees spend their entire time in the back area, making customers have to wait 10-15 minutes for them to check out because they’re laughing and joking around while the store is busy in the middle of the afternoon. I work in retail, I get that sometimes the customers can be awful or rude and you need to unwind, which is why I’ve waited to even say anything. If you want a bad customer experience, but at least get some cool products, this is the place for you.

Great place to shop but be careful they like to slap reoccurring payment memberships on your card without asking you.

Awesome store will definitely be going back to buy more stuff. They have alot of godzilla stuff which is what I was looking for.
