Love this place, it's absolutely beautiful. The only reason I don't rate if 5 stars is because of the cost of entry. I have no problem paying for a ticket, but it's mildly infuriating to me that one of the best green spaces in the city is accessible by purchase only, thus excluding people who can't necessarily afford a ticket. Other than that, it's wonderful.

One of the best gardens out there. And a perfect place to have a wedding. I should know I had mine there and it was amazing. The staff were top notch and really bright everything together for us. They made sure we were getting everything we needed and shuttled all of us to and from our cars. Bradleigh was great at answering our questions and taking care of everything we needed. Mary was so friendly and helpful and making sure we got where we needed to get on time. I never thought we would be able to get married in such a beautiful place

They will judge you based on your appearance and try to charge you for it. I came with a dress and the person with me had a suit. It's just how we like to dress and the weather was nice. We are asked if we are attending a wedding and we reply no. The lady at the register then starts to roll her eyes and says "You two are dressed too extra so are you taking pictures?" We said no because we have never been asked that, and how we dress is not related. She rolls her eyes once again and says "That's a camera in your bag right there and you are dressed too extra so I'm going to charge you $75 for 2 hours so you can take pictures" Excuse me? She ASSUMED there was a camera in there, and because of how I dress I need to pay $75? Needless to say, I "put my camera away in the car" and came back in. Someone else took care of us and didn't mention a thing about paying $75, btw I still had my bag. I took some BEAUTIFUL pictures for the cost of the entrance fee, NOT $75. Don't let these people rip you off. If you dress "too extra" and carry a bag, be discrete, or else you will have to deal with a disrespectful and presumptuous woman at the counter. Everyone comes here to take pictures, phone or camera, a photo is a photo.

It was nice and a beautiful day for a nice stroll!! There were some blooms which made it even better! I really wanted to wait until more blooms were out but it was still nice!! I think there should be more of a gift shop there... only one we went to was in the Japanese gardens and it was nice but still wanted one for like all the gardens!! Overall great day!!

Beautiful. I do wish there were more signposts throughout the garden as we often found ourselves wondering which paths went where and how far we were from certain parts of the garden. The highlight of my visit today (at the end of March) was the wisteria. Beautiful, lush, and fragrant, I have never seen so much wisteria in one place. It is one of my favorite flowers!
