Pretty cool, fun activities, kayak, water slide or just relax in the cabanas by the pool side. Family oriented, very nice community must be nice to live here ! Pay to get in if you don't. Definitely worth it, man made lagoon, clean water and less chance of gators ( well don't quote me on that, this is Florida). Pics in my old damaged phone, sorry maybe next time.

I was skeptical about the $20 admission fee, but I must admit it is actual well worth it. They do charge extra to do the activities, but the prices aren't that bad. They have a theater area with a big screen where they broadcast football games on Sunday. My favorite area is the bar where you can get service while sitting in the lagoon. They have these awesome water stools so you can sit. If you are a person like me, who enjoys a drink while be in the water, you will enjoy this place.

Not worth it. You are paying for the novelty of this “beautiful” man made lagoon. Florida has MANY more natural places to visit that are natural and beautiful and don’t cost so much. What is the point of an entrance fee if the facilities aren’t running at 100%? The bar is sub-par. The food is just basic... Kids wanting to do extra activities costs extra... easily could spend $200.00 in a day if you have kids. Be warned. I have NO problem paying good money for good experiences. This wasn’t the case. Not worth it, we simply paid for the novelty of this “lagoon” and I’ve been to many places that are 1:4 the cost and 100% better. Do yourself a favor and visit a natural spring, beach, park, or river, all close by and save your $$$ for something your family/kids will remember. Until they offer more for less, this simply is a waste.

Really cool place. They’re still building a lot more from what I heard so it’ll be better once it’s all finished. James was awesome!! Went out of his way to make the experience even better, which will be the reason I return one day. They’re lucky to have great employees like him!!

Wasting time and money, forget about get something to eat over, even I can't get draft beer cold and was 12pm, ice cream they start selling after 1pm, my kid cut his finger on filter cover in pool, all filters cover not even screw to vents in pool, fake grass everywhere, don't looks like is even someone cleaning there. Don't waste your time go over. Better spend time on beaches. Much better
