Ferry on the way over is nauseating but once you get there it is magical. If you’re able to, please spend the night!! The views are incredibly of the sky. The fort is nice to walk around in but the sand and beach on the island is amazing. Walked into the ocean and immediately saw a stingray. So much wildlife among the coral reefs, it was a really cool experience.

If you are thinking about doing this trip, GO NOW. It is absolutely breathtaking on that island. There is plenty to do, such as walking the whole the fort yourself or with a tour guide, snorkeling around the moat, or just laying out by the beach. I would definitely go back to witness such a remarkable structure again.

Wonderful! You get to explore all over the fort, and swim. They provide snorkeling gear. We saw stingrays, moray eels, lots of bright tropical fishes, even a barracuda! Boat ride over and back very smooth. Great food!

One of my favorite camping experiences. Although it's "primitive" camping - meaning you have to bring literally everything with you including food and water, it's really easy to pull off. They give you wheelbarrows, the ferry comes every day etc. It's absolutely amazing at night when all the tourists leave

We camped here overnight. It was an awe inspiring experience! The beautiful water and plethora of fish made this snorkeling adventure outstanding! We wished we had stayed the two additional nights that were available but chose not to book. Once the boat left for the day, only about 16 people were left on the island. We felt like had the entire place to ourselves. The beach was empty other than our family of 4. That night, we were able to stargaze and see the Milky Way with our own eyes. Absolutely incredible. The fort was a lot bigger than we expected too. We will definitely come again and stay longer!
