Service was friendly and wait was reasonable. Medium has a good kick to it, enough to satisfy. Anything less and you'll need extra sauce for flavor. The cole slaw is more sour than creamy. I wish they sold the fried pickles in smaller portions. I had to buy a big box just to try them. Fries were very dry. I didn't feel like drowning them in sauce just to get them down. Mac and Cheese is creamy, cheesy and soft. Exactly what I expected. Potato salad was too tangy, and tastes like grocery store stuff out of the carton, sorry. I do like the fact that the chicken isn't too thick, and that it's made flatter and wider, almost twice as much surface area as the bun it is served on, so you get to eat the cutlet that sticks out of the bun by itself before you get to the sandwich portion of it. I would like more breading and more crispness of the actual chicken however, but I did enjoy it over all. I think my 2 visits have been a good representation of what they have had to offer, and I've tried everything on the menu, in all levels of spice. Worth a repeat, but only if in the area.

Listen, this is the best spot to get chicken in the whole California area. I travelled all the way from Boston mass and I do not regret a thing. I was first greeted by two wonderful ladies the customer service was beyond me ! I got a frankenstyle and it was everything I imagined it to taste like . It was so delectable I came back again the following day to order and I rarely eat the same thing twice in a week! All I have to say is you must come to crimson coward you won’t regret a thing and I forgot one of the servers names but I remember Tatiana , give both of em a raise and maybe even the whole team for just everything that they do 🙌🏾!

Great food! Almost always a line and for good reason. Simple menu and they execute it well. Definitely come at least once or more a month.

It was good. A little on the spicy side so beware if you're delicate. Not sure if it was the day but the staff seemed unprepared and I waited an hour for my food. Unfortunately, the food is not wait-an-hour-worth it.

Joey-Eat Fries!!! BOMB !!! chunks of tender Nashville fried chicken with crimson sauce, and coleslaw in between all this some delicious fries. I took my order home ( live 10 mins away) fries were still crisp even with all the Crimson sauce that is generously spread throughout the order
