I cannot say enough how incredible this view was. Just going up the ski jump alone was an adventure. It definitely gives perspective on ski jumping. You take a quick ride up a ski lift, then a short walk to the bottom of the ski jump. Take the elevator 18 stories up and you exit to a room that opens up to a fenced in platform-that's where my pics are from. You can then take 8 flights of stairs up the ski ramp to the very top.

This is one of the coolest things to do in Ironwood Michigan, actually the whole upper Michigan for that point. It hasn’t been used for quite a while but everything is still intact. We came in August and took the elevator ride to the top which is I think about 38 stories up. You then have to climb another few stories to get to the actual top of it. Once you’re there you feel like you’ve stuck your head out of a moving plane, It’s that windy up there. You can feel the jump swaying from the wind! The views are absolutely amazing. You can see the apostle Islands, and lake superior as well. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I forgot to mention to get to the elevator you have to take a chairlift which is super cool and super steep so if you’re afraid of heights you might want to rethink this. We had a blast, the cost was $25 a person but well worth it. They have a gift shop where you can purchase shirts and other stuff too. They’re trying to get money to restore the jump and open it once again. I hope they do. We will be back for sure.

Maybe not everyone's cup of tea(sit this one out if you are afraid of heights)but sure a beautiful spot to see! $25($20 if you are senior citizen age 65 or older)gets you a chair lift and elevator ride, but only so far up, then you climb the remaining 80 steep steps! It's worth the hike, the views are phenomenal at almost 300 feet up! For $16 you can ride the chair lift and elevator, which has an equally great view. One of the lift operators told us about a series of waterfalls not far from each other on a road that leads straight to a beautiful park and Lake Superior. So we took about a 5 mile ride to see what we could see. Glad we scoped it out for our summer of 2022 Pure Michigan adventure with waterfalls and a Lake Superior picnic lunch!

One of the most well-constructed mountain bike trails I have ridden! On par with the Baileys Trails System in Athens County, Ohio! I’m an advanced beginner and my husband is an advanced rider and we both enjoyed it so much! So fun, and you get to check out the Copper Peak Ski Jump Tower if you’re up for it!

Best place to see fall colors from height. Chair lifts take you to elevator and then you go to top of of view tower for 360 degree view of Michigan, Wisconsin. Fall colors, Lake superior. Recommend activity for the falls
