Ordered 2 charms and a necklace. Love the packaging. Got a free tote bag as well. They even wrote my name on the card. I felt very special opening my order. If I could I would have gave 10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!! Amazing company and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Will definitely let everyone I know about Catbird!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

I love Catbird! It's a small, chic boutique with delicate gold jewelry. I have 3 of their rings and I get so many compliments when I wear them. The staff is always patient and welcoming.

Catbird is awesome! It’s not cheap don’t get me wrong but their jewelry is so beautiful and it lasts a long time! I bought my mother and mother in law their gift from here and they both love it! I also got myself a cute ring for $40 that has lasted me over 8 months!!!!!

They deserve all the stars in the world. I work in customer service and I was shocked with how great Catbird's customer service is. I wish every company was like this! When running a business and selling a product you are always going to have issues but it is how you deal with them that makes you stand out. I bought a very thin ring from them and I loved it so much. I wore it everyday and after a few years it snapped. I work as a server and am always using my hands. So this ring really held up!!! When I contacted them about repairing it they send me a return label no questions asked and fixed it and sent it back with a super cute card. I get to ware my favorite ring again! When ever I am in New York I definitely want to make a stop in and will be buying more from them!
