We took the tour around Miami on both the red route and blue route. It’s a fairly basic service and lives or dies by the enthusiasm of the guide, during the morning we had three different guides one of which could not really be bothered, the other two were pretty excellent. The First guide mixed in slot of founder knowledge for Miami and that was really really interesting. Our last hop on was a fairly empty bus and the guide tailored towards our interests and make connections with our home county. He was funny and looked for the stop we wanted. Things to be aware of: When it gets windy it’s hard to hear the guide, you get buffeted and so does the guides mike Secondly the free headphones seem to be one size and they might not fit your kids ears, our kids got tired of holding the buds in the ear and stopped listening

Some tour guides were better than others. But very informative tour, complete with rain ponchos for the downpours. Issues with the headphone machines but our first tour guide handled it well.

Good atmosphere and Michael Keeps a good atmosphere and energy on the bus it’s not to long but not so short. It’s the perfect amount of time. The bus driver was also good no hard barracking or fast acceleration or fast nor small turns. Smooth ride would ride again

No Stars! This company does not honor rainy days 100% or any percent refund amount. Horrible rule. Just want to take advantage of tourists. Third party honored and took a lost to refund me. Big Bus Tours refuse to pay third party,however third party refunded me.It was a very large amount. If all possible do not do business with BIG BUS TOURS, Their are plenty other companies around. Honoring and good Customer service mean alot when doing business,however if a company do not have moral for the two. Dont do business with them. Big Bus TOURS has no Honor for the public business.
