Good prices. The girls at the front desk there are always very accommodating and helpful. It's my 1st choice hotel to stay at when I need it.

The service desk was especially great and the room was very clean. The bed is to die for. Haven't slept so good in a hotel room before. On my travail look for a Best Western Hotel for staying in. Thank you

I would rate lower if I could. I stayed here back in July with my boyfriend. One of the nights we found ants in our room. Which we understand happens, so we were understanding and called the front desk to let them know. They had my boyfriend go to the front desk so we could clean up their mess. While he was there, they were kind enough to finally give the extra towels we had asked for the day before. I thought it was weird they had us clean it up, but we know it’s hard when you’re short staffed. They let us know we can email the General Manager and she’d help us with a refund. I emailed her just 3 days after our stay ended. She asked me to call the third party we booked with and have them call the hotel and they would work out a refund for one night of our stay. The third party called, three separate times, each time they told me who they spoke with and that there were no notes on my reservation (even though the GM assured me there was). The General Manager took several weeks to answer me between emails then finally, stopped replying altogether. Now, four months later, I decided to call the front desk to see if I could talk to the GM. But of course, she was too busy. They were rude, cut me off, and not empathetic. They told me I could only get a $50 refund if I send proof of the ants (I already sent photos to the GM). I sent all the information to them again and they decided to refund me less than the agreed upon amount. Only because I contacted them 4 months later, even though I’d been working with their GM. Luckily, Priceline was nice to work with and made that happen. Best Western customer service was helpful too, but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel of theirs again. I would not recommend staying at this location. Other places are around the same price, try them out.

Building C smells like cigarettes smoke. The room seemed fine except for the screen missing from the window and why the window was all the way open 🤔.? I'm not a hater so to whom the smoke belongs to, I'll never tell.
