We purchased last minute tickets, I was lucky enough to find VIP Suite tickets. Great tickets in Suite 7 booth for 54.00 each plus 20 service fee. VIP Suite tickets come with free parking, 3rd floor VIP Lobby/bar and nice bathrooms. Drink service in the booth. It was a nice experience. When I received our tickets from a 3rd party, they didn't setup the parking pass. I called the theater, but found out you have to email requests, I wanted to see if parking was free and it was, the previous ticket holder didn't give my name, but the office gladly put me on the parking list. Great reserved parking and a VIP Entrance. A wonderful evening. The office was very helpful. The view was great and we enjoyed the concert without fighting the crowd. Thank you Eric Larson and Kristie Sloan for all your help! It was hard to get pictures and they do no justice for the great view we actually had.

I attended a concert that featured In This Moment. The concert was great, but the overall experience of the theater itself was more bland. My party and I got to the concert early, even though we had our assigned seating, to make sure we could get any snacks or anything extra before the first band came on stage. The food and drinks were way over priced, but this is not uncommon. We couldn't bring anything into the theater so it's kinda of a situation where you are just stuck. We sat down at our assigned spots. The first band started and the theater wasn't even full. Our friends who were a bit farther away came and sat next to us so we could rock out together. More people came in, but we were able to meet up again for the last band. The concert was great despite a few errors from the sound techs, so I can say if that was the concert halls fault or not. The concert hall itself was just boring though. The band could have performed anywhere and still been great. If you like seated rock concerts this place is "fine". I would have preferred to be outside, even if I had to stand I had no real issues with it or the staff, but I was not amazed in anyway by the place.

Very good venue for going and seeing live shows of all sorts. We've gone to multiple concerts here and every one we attended was an absolute blast. Parking isn't too terrible and you can generally park within walking distance of the venue. The prices of concessions are definitely high priced, as is expected for concerts, but the real issue is the quality of said purchases is less than it should be for those prices. Do yourself a favor and grab a bite before going to your show from one of the many amazing restaurants around the theatre, you'll be much happier overall.

Just went here for my first time to see Primus - A Tribute to Kings, and it was absolutely amazing. Some of the best sound I have ever heard, and at least half of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Far better than many venues I have visited in my many years of concert-going. Definitely go there if someone you dig is performing. You won't regret it.

No AC for the the upper section, it got up to 93 degrees. The chairs are way to close, they didn't follow any covid regulations, at all. I will never be going here again. If your plus size or over 6ft, forget it!!! If you can afford the beat seats in the house, awesome. The rest of us, can't... 8/12/21 in AZ, at the top, with no AC!!! Just don't go here. Not worth it at all.
