Excellent but expensive! It takes about an hour to get around, more depending on how long you wait in the internal queues. Once the tour starts it's all fast moving. Too fast at times! They've definitely put some real effort I to the sets and corridors since my last visit 2 years ago, but there's no time to stop and look. Tours are so close together that at times you can hear the previous show starting a few seconds after your new show has started. This means the actors really just run through their lines and can't put any real emotion I to it. When time allows though, they're genuinely excellent. The new Jack the Ripper show where you "see" into a room us incredible! That's worth the price of admission on its own. Except I can't in full faith recommend paying its full price of £30 for an adult! That's far too expensive. It's well worth visiting if you have a voucher or Merlin Pass though. Then you won't be disappointed!

We had a great time here. We stumbled upon it when we were heading to the London Eye and decided to check it out. I’m definitely glad we did. The actors were great and I loved all of the interaction with the group. Only one ride was running when we went, but we had a great time anyway. Highly recommend checking it out. We stopped for a pint at the end and enjoyed chatting with one of the actors that was walking around. 10/10 for us!

The London Dungeon was interesting and fun at the same time. Some nice history but in a fun way, at least that's the interpretation from our 12 year old. And I believe strongly that if you didn't see it you would have regretted not being in the Dungeons of London. Good job and thanks for the fun time. Also was nice to have a ticket timed entry, making a less crowded crush at the door.

It was informative about the darker side of London's history. Some of the rooms were like the Blackpool Dungeon but still very good. Had a voucher for 2-1 entry, I think full price would have been a bit too much, especially having a long weekend in London, the funds would have run out. If you go and see a group of tourists who can't speak a word of English in front of you, wait for the next group. Otherwise you will be waiting for the actors to try and teach them English to explain what is going on.

I would have given this a five star but one of the rides were down for maintenance. In the height of the summer this should have sorted. The actors their were great, really getting into character. I went here as a kid some 20 years ago. It was pretty much the same as back then which was great as I wanted my kids to experience the same. Definitely worth the visit
